We focus on mechanics, pitch-ability, and arm care, incorporating plyometric workouts and band work for stretching. Players will learn how to hold runners, execute pickoffs, and develop mound presence, all while improving control of the game and their emotions.
Our hitting program covers the mechanics of the swing, with a strong emphasis on timing and approach at the plate. We teach athletes how to be mentally resilient and develop strategies for becoming a tough out, ensuring they stay composed under pressure.
Defensive training emphasizes footwork for both infield and outfield positions. Athletes will learn pre-pitch routines, techniques for attacking ground balls, and various throws and transitions required for each position. The program also includes holding runners and applying effective tags.
Catchers will receive training in footwork, throwing mechanics, glove work, and blocking techniques. The focus is on controlling the running game and handling pitchers effectively, fostering leadership on the field.
